Rocky Mount's Future: Needs and Vision Discussion

Emilie Pinkston, the Director of Development Services, spoke at the Rotary Club of Rocky Mount luncheon, where she provided updates on the Imagine Rocky Mount 2050 Comprehensive Plan. During her presentation, she highlighted the progress made since the last plan and discussed ideas collected for the current plan. The event included an open conversation among attendees, focusing on the city's needs and the vision for Rocky Mount in the next 25 years.
