**Northwest Nazarene University Men's Lacrosse to Join NCAA Division II**

Northwest Nazarene University's men's lacrosse team is set to make a significant leap forward in its athletic journey. Following remarkable achievements as a top MCLA Division II program, the team has officially been approved to transition to NCAA Division II competition. Starting in the spring of 2026, the Nighthawks will compete in the Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference (RMAC).

This move marks a milestone for the NNU athletics program and signifies their growth and development at the national level. The announcement confirms that the Nighthawks will begin participating in NCAA contests during the 2025-26 academic year.
