The Seattle Public Library’s Kids & Families program is offering a free service where people can talk with an expert in intellectual property law, corporate law, or business licensing.

According to the post, the business legal consults can include questions about forming an LLC, S-Corp, or C-Corp, licenses, trademarks or tradenames, patents, copyrights, and contracts.

The program states that expert volunteers cannot provide legal advice or review a document during the session. The library also says a librarian will be available to help people find additional resources.

All consults are described as free, virtual, and confidential, with times available throughout the summer. The post directs people to book a consult through the provided link.
