The City of Casa Grande said the current electronic payment portal will no longer accept payments after June 21, 2026 as part of a transition to a new trash and billing system.

The city said residents who could not pay their June bill before the transition can pay through the new portal on July 6 without risk of late fees or disconnection.

Casa Grande also said the Finance Department will be temporarily closed from June 29 to July 10 while the new trash and Sewer billing system is brought online.

It listed the last day for accepting payments in person as June 26, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. The city said autopay through Paymentus will be canceled automatically on June 22.

The city said staff will host community trainings to help residents set up new accounts on July 11, 14 and 16. Residents can sign up for the workshops at CasaGrandeAZ.gov/Billing.
