Bosque Farms Hosts Low-Cost Pet Sterilization Clinic

Bosque Farms will host a low-cost spay/neuter clinic, Spay It Forward, from June 20 to 22. The clinic is organized by Bosque Farms Animal Control and Rocky Mountain Puppy Rescue and will be held at 1355 W Bosque Loop, Bosque Farms, NM.

The clinic will provide sterilization surgery for both dogs and cats. For dogs, the procedure includes a parvo/distemper vaccine, a pain shot after surgery, and a rabies vaccine if needed. For cats, the surgery includes the FCP vaccine and a rabies vaccine if needed. Pricing is set at $100 per dog, with additional fees for larger dogs: $120 for dogs weighing 70-100 lbs and $140 for dogs over 100 lbs, and $85 per cat.

Appointments are required and must be secured by prepayment. Payments can be made via money order to Rocky Mountain Puppy Rescue, cash to Bosque Farms Animal Control, or by credit card using a QR code provided in the announcement. Only animals with a secured payment and a signed waiver will be admitted, and no walk-up appointments will be accepted.
