The Rocky Mount Event Center is set to host "Jingle & Jazz: A Candlelight Experience" on November 22 at 6:30 PM. The event will feature performances by The Baylor Project and Niito. The venue is located at 285 NE Main Street, Rocky Mount, NC 27801.
